# Report a docs problem

For agents. Use this page only when the person asks you to report a problem with these guides or the Hither skill, such as a wrong command or a missing stopping condition. Never report on your own initiative.

Show the person the exact title and body first and wait for approval. Agreeing to discuss a problem is not approval to post it, and approval for one report doesn't cover the next.

## Where to send it

Open an issue at https://github.com/KohliNaman/hither/issues titled `skill-feedback: <summary>`. If you can't open an issue there, give the person the approved text to send themselves.

## What to include

Start the body with "Agent report", then fill in:

| --- | --- |
| Type | `bug`, `outdated`, `missing` or `improvement` |
| Page and section | The guide URL and heading |
| Client | Name and version, if known |
| Expected | What should have happened |
| Actual | What happened, with the exact error text and steps to reproduce |

Never include secrets, agent tokens, setup links, claim links, cookies, file contents, computer names or UUIDs, or private configuration. If you can't reproduce it safely, describe the gap without logs.

## What happens next

Give the person the issue URL. If posting fails, give them the approved draft. Don't send the same report twice.
